Overview
F&H Fund Management ("F&H") is a unique China-Southeast Asia Private Equity investment platform that gives access to the best opportunities in rising Asia. It is strategically positioned in China and Southeast Asia with offices in Shanghai and Singapore.
F&H's mission is to generate balanced returns through a disciplined and value oriented investment approach. Focus industries include internet and technology. The investments can be in the form of:
- Growth, pre-IPO & cornerstone investments
- Corporate joint ventures
- PIPEs & other secondary trading
- Strategic investments & buyouts
The founders of F&H are John Wu (accomplished internet industry veteran who was an angel investor/co-founder in Alibaba) and Matt Hu (investment expert in China). They are well supported by a team of professionals who understand the focus industries and region and have experience in diverse backgrounds ranging from investment, entrepreneurship to multinational corporations.
We are not pure financial investors; we believe in forging partnerships to foster growth together with our investees. F&H actively seeks to value-add to and share our network and regional / international know-how from our team's experience and expertise with our portfolio companies on the following fronts:
